Spanish Bilingual Community Impact Manager, Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS)
This position would be a part of the Bureau of Campaign Finance and Civic Engagement at DOS . Looking for a talented multilingual individual with a passion for language access and civic engagement to fill this role. The Community Impact Manager will lead civic engagement program planning and collaboration efforts with key election stakeholders and clients to develop and monitor the Department’s initiatives. This position will also serve as the Language Access Coordinator for the Department, coordinate voter outreach and education efforts, and oversee the development and implementation of poll worker training, recruitment, and retention programs. The successful candidate in this role will be able to speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish and English, and a third language is preferred.
